    According to our over 10 years experience about faecal treatment, we consider use solid/liquid separation and flocculation dewatering process to per-treat urban faecal waste, then get to wastewater treatment plant to process final treatment is the more feasible way.

    Our company in possession of self invented patent equipments ----solid/liquid separator and GLT sludge dewatering equipment. The solid/liquid separator has the integrated function of separating, filtering, conveyance, press and dewatering.

　　The feces from toilet and cesspool should be transferred into the faecal treatment plant by truck. Using quickly closed tie-in mode to discharge. It could reduce air pollution during discharging process.

　　Solid/liquid separating equipment ‘s disposal capacity is 1.7m3/min, impact accepting capability 3m3/min. The particle diameter bigger than 10mm in the faecal sundries would be separated by equipment. The solid content of the filtrate is lower than 5%,CODconcentration removing rate 20%, the solid content of the separated residue is 55%-70%.

　　Liquid manure after solid-liquid separation flows into the regulation pool, in order to regulate the discharge rate (municipal wastewater pipeline diameter greater than 1 m) or water supply rate of flocculation dewatering. Powered discharge would be applied for the regulation pool.

　　Flocculation Dewatering Equipment throughput capacity is 10m3/ h, liquid manure added in flocculants, meantime liquid manure start full flocculating and dewatering. The solid content of the liquid after flocculation is about 0.05% ~ 0.1%. COD removal rate was about 50% and more.

    Deodorization system

    Treatment plants equipped with deodorizing system for removing the odor which produced from treatment process. During the deodorizing process, all smelly sources taken hermetic or semi-hermetic measure, and exhaust at odor producing point, leads the odor into the treatment equipment to purify, emitted through chimney into atmosphere.
