·Grease matter in the wastewater could impede the flow of wastewater, and also adversely affected the biochemical treatment of sewage treatment plants.

·Traditional grease separation equipment commonly consists with sludge sedimentation groove and grease remove groove in series. The collected grease and sludge would be vacuum-pumped and transported away by suction truck at regular time. If didn't vacuum-pump greases timely, these greases could self-decomposed to deteriorate and acidify water quality and produce strong odor. The acidic wastewater could corrode pipe network severely. Otherwise, sectional grease could overflow into the wastewater pipe making obstruction, and impact biochemical aeration process of the urban wastewater treatment plants.

·Adopted traditional method, grease acquired with high water content and more solid impurities. No other purpose except landfill disposal. Nowadays, more and more expensive grease disposal cost induces landfill site refuse to accept highly lipidic, high water content solid waste. How to separate grease freshly with low water content and less solid impurities, and make them be capable to the raw material of lubricant, becomes one urgent problem waiting solve.


Solution to the problem: Use YSF—greas/water hydrocyclone separators

    According to the marketing demand, YSF-- grease/water separator was be developed by Beijing Century Green company. Integration of swirl gravity separation and teacup-effect separation, separate water and grease matter respectively from theirs mixture. Separated grease matter would be stored in the hermetic grease collection barrel. Release discharge pump of the barrel regularly, grease into the tank will be transported. YSF—mainly be used separate kitchen/restaurant wastewater. The acquired grease matter: fresh, with low water content, less solid impurities and could be used as the row material to make lubricant.


Working Principle:

    Oily wastewater flows through the volute cyclone to enter the separation chamber, through the swirl distributor, vertical water flow was converted to the level flow, uniform flow toward the surface of the separation chamber. Rotary movement of fluid would cause teacup-effect, which would make the lighter particles of grease matter rose to the surface of the separation chamber and aggregated to a layer. Heavier particles fall to the bottom of sediment storage room. Water flows along the wall from top to bottom, through the bottom wall of the chamber and flows through the overflow weir plate then gathered at circulation groove; the outflow through the clear liquid discharge point..

 

    Scraper board rotation driven by motor, the grease matter will be gathered and scraped into the grease collector. Oil flows through the pipeline into collection bucket. When the liquid level indicator detected the level of grease in the bucket was full, then will give instructions and exclusive oil pump started, grease will be transmitted to the ground oil tank then removed.


    When need replacing storage tank, the ball valve of oil/grease separation output pipe turn off, just need to open the valve of sludge collection boxes to timely remove silt deposition. Grease/water separator could also support with spiral slagging rod. According to the signal feedback from the damper of storage chamber, spiral slagging rod could clean-up sediment deposition timely.
