Working Principle:

·Solid particles flow into the pipe crusher with the wastewater, under the shearing force of hobbing cutter. The disintegrated solid debris would pass through the crusher and flows with the water to the following treatment processes.

Installation

　 Installation of crusher is easy and flexible. GGP pipe crusher could be installed by Flanged pipe connections and opening up channels connections. When connect with channels, according actual condition, the adaptable dimension of the framework would be designed to suit different depth demand. Use blots to fix framework and channel, no pre-embedded parts were needed. The crusher could connect with frame by direct plug together, no extra fixture was required. The crusher has light weight, convenient lifting, installation and future maintenance is very convenient.

　GGP-pipe crusher has a single motor drive. This motor is replaceable standardized part, can be changed to suit different demand.
